I've got a grin that stretches from ear to ear,
It's because of great news that today I did hear.

Over the last year, I made a new friend,
A lovely, kind girl who often gives an ear to bend.

Always willing to give a smile and a helping hand,
She is among favourite people of mine in New Zealand.

All the happiness in the world she does deserve
Because she gives her friendship without reserve.

Today she announced that she is engaged to Truman
Of this news, I am a big fan!!

So I wish years of happiess to you two
May your joys be many and your sorrows few.
